3 ~ months old.
Husky's mother is 15.2 hds, and he is only 3 months old. Looks like he is going to fill out just like mommy. A very powerful, heavy boned colt with great movement. This colt could go to the barrel arena or make a great rope horse or reining horse. Just look at the confirmation of this colt, he is outstanding for structure.

Two months ~ 3 weeks old.
Still shedding out on legs and head, what a pretty color, lots of strips and big dorsal strip down his back. Big boy and so friendly!!

Two 1/2 ~ months old. Shedding out so nice. I brushed on him for 45 minutes today, he just couldn't get enough of it.

Check out his chest for only being 2 months old. He is a knock-out!!
If you are looking for beauty, brains, and confirmation you are looking at him, he has it all, and more. There should be no gamble here!!
3-21-08 ~ Growing so fast.

Husky really likes attention!

So far we have not found anything, that Husky is worried about, he did not hesitate at all to jump in the trail.

Big boned, straight legs and and lots of muscle, just like mom!!

~ One month old ~ What a big stout, guy he is. Growing so fast!!
~Three weeks old~ Strong, well made Colt. He is going to be Big boned and have lots of muscle, just like his parents do. We are so excited about his color, (Silver Grulla) it is such a beautiful color, he is starting to get LOTS of strips on his legs. He has such a great mind and really likes people!!

~Two Weeks old~ This is a classy little stud colt with a great pedigree to back him up. He has a super disposition as do both his dam and sire. Lots of speed and a great mind = a good arena prospect, Roping, Reining, Barrels, ect....
~Four days old~ Once
again, Huskers has produced an outstanding individual Stud Colt. They
all have that look of confidence and presence about them. Pretty heads,
correct confirmation with lots of go ahead and energy. They all move
effortlessly with lots of reach and power.
~One Day old. First Vet check~ This stud colt already has lot's of bone and substance and look at that pretty little head, his color and markings are beautiful. I have not seen any white on him yet.
~Five minutes old.~ Husker's had another beautiful Stud Colt, lots of color and markings and a great birth. We imprinted him as soon as he was born. He was up in 15 minutes and drinking. Big strong Colt!!!
This colt has been genetically tested Ee, N/Cr, aa, and Dd. He does not carry a silver dapple gene. He is
genetically a true silvery grullo~a grullo with a cream gene~(Equine Color Genetics, Sponenberg, 1996, p. 102). As a
stallion, he'll throw his dilution genes 75% of the time. If you are
looking for a stallion prospect, this is extremely advantageous because
his offspring will be value-added in color about 75% of the time!
For
example, if bred to bay and black mares, he'll have an 87.5% chance each
time for grullo, dun, red dun, palomino, buckskin, dunskin, black, and smoky
black.
If bred to sorrel mares, he'll have over an 80% chance each time for
grullo, dun, red dun, palomino, buckskin, dunskin, black, and smoky
black. When bred to dun, grullo, buckskin, and palomino mares, he'll have
approximately an 87% chance for grullo, dun, red dun, palomino,
buckskin, dunskin, black, cremello, perlino, and smoky black.
If you
have a quality selection of mares, the color he'll throw on their offspring
will add value to their foals. Between his good looks, pedigree, and color,
he's a fantastic opportunity to improve the profitability of your herd.
Sire: JAZ POCO ENTERPRISE, Stallion ~ Quarter Horse, 1998 Grulla Stallion ~ Own son of the one and only, Little Steel Dust.Who has sired

Dam:HL BABY DOLL BADGER Mare ~ QUARTER HORSE, 1999 It is hard to find grullos with
overall eye appeal... with proper legs, head, and neck. Husker has it! But it is
her "presence" that really makes everyone look twice at this mare. Huskers has
allot of Cow/Speed cross in her, such as Doc Bar, Native
Dancer, Grey Badger
II, King,
Poco
Bueno, Hancock,
among others, further back.
